Meeting Room reservation fees
Rooms range in seating capacity from 8 to 40.
- Minnetonka-based non-profit groups and organizations: $5/hour
- Non-Minnetonka-based non-profit groups and organizations: $10/hour
- Resident: $15/hour
- Non-resident: $20/hour
Council Chambers reservations fees
Seating capacity of 90—theater configuration only.
- Minnetonka-based non-profit groups and organizations: $5/hour
- Non-Minnetonka-based non-profit groups and organizations: $15/hour
- Resident: $20/hour
- Non-resident: $25/hour
All non-profit groups must submit documentation of non-profit status; i.e. 501c3 form.
