Friday/Saturday reservation fees
Resident: $500
Non-resident: $750
The completed application and non-refundable deposit ($250 or rental fee, whichever is less) are required to reserve the Banquet Room. Reservations will be processed on a first come/first served basis.
We do not have an exclusive caterer. We require either a copy of your chosen caterer’s license or a Certificate of Liability stating that you carry at least $300,000 of liability coverage. If you care to rent dishware or other items from us rather than your caterer, see the rentals price list.
Alcohol service requires an additional $210 security fee used to hire a Minnetonka police officer for the security of the building. Only beer, wine and champagne are allowed. Gratuities and cash bar are not allowed. A server, age 21 or older, must be provided by the renter. The Certificate of Liability described above would also be required.
In addition, a separate damage deposit check is required for all events that take place in the Banquet Room. It is returned to you within ten business days after your event upon successful inspection of the facility by City staff.
