Please note: This is a list of street sweeping companies serving the west metro area. It does not imply an endorsement by the city of Minnetonka of any company or service.
The city of Minnetonka requires that streets be kept cleaned and swept whenever tracking of sediments occurs and before sites are left idle for weekends and holidays as a condition of approval for grading and erosion control plans. A regular sweeping schedule must be established (Minnetonka City Code Section 300.28 subdivision 17).
Stockpiling in a public street or allowing materials to erode onto a public street is a violation of the City Public Nuisance Ordinance (Minnetonka City Code Section 845.010).
