Legal Resources
The city’s attorneys represent the interests of the city as a whole and cannot provide free legal advice to Minnetonka residents. For information about services that can put you in touch with a private lawyer, visit mnfindalawyer.com
If you are a defendant and are represented by an attorney, you may not speak to one of the prosecuting attorneys because the attorney’s code of ethics prohibits them from talking to you directly. Instead, have your attorney contact the prosecutors. If you do not have an attorney, you may speak directly with the prosecutors at your court appearance.
