9703 Data Park Drive

United Health Group (UHG), represented by Dennis Spalla (Director of Real Estate) is proposing to complete the redevelopment of the the 10.3 acre Data Park Expansion. The project began in 2006 with Phase I which included a 350,000 square foot 10 story office tower and a parking ramp for approximately 1,800 vehicles. UHG is now ready to commence with Phase II.Phase II descriptionPhase II included an eleven-story, 350,000 square-foot office building with a second parking ramp of 1,250 stalls on the 3.85 acre site. The ramp has a total of 8 levels, 5 levels above ground and 3 below ground. The surface parking lot and the dedicated access drive between 9705 and Data Park Drive would be removed.See the attached plans.

Open House Date: October 13, 2009, 6:30–7:30 p.m.
Details: UnitedHealth Group is proposing to add an office building in the second phase of its Master Development Plan in Opus 2 Business Park, adjacent to the existing building that opened last June. Preliminary drawings of the proposed project will be on display at the Community Open House, and representatives will be available to discuss the proposed project and address questions. Note: Visitors will need to check in at the front desk

Blue Circle Drive: Beginning November 6, 2010, Blue Circle Drive will be converted from a southbound one-way to a temporary two-way roadway from Data Park Drive to the access driveway south of United Health Group parking ramp. The two-way roadway condition is for the purposes of accommodating construction traffic. View a map showing this change.

Excavation for the Phase II tower and parking structure is anticipated to commence on November 16, 2010.

United Health Group is proposing to amend the previously approved master development plan to construct a ten-story, 354,000 square-foot office building with a second parking ramp of 1,592 stalls on the 3.85 acre site. The ramp has a total of 10 levels, 6 levels above ground and 4 below ground. The proposal requires amendments to the master development plan (approved April 2010) including approval of final site and building plans.
