On August 1, 2011, the state law requiring licensed residential contractors performing renovation and repair in pre-1978 homes to be lead paint abatement certified went into effect. The following information sheet provides more information about that law.

To speed up the permit application process, please fax (952.939.8244) or email (permits@eminnetonka.com) your EPA Lead Certification form at any time. This will allow staff to input your information into the system and make your next permit application faster to process.
