Building codes
The Minnesota State Building Code, which is enforced by the city, provides minimum standards to safeguard life, property, and the well-being of the public. It accomplishes this by regulating and controlling the design, construction, and quality of materials used in building projects. The City of Minnetonka has adopted the Minnesota State Building Code.
