Foreclosure prevention
Community Action for Suburban Hennepin offers foreclosure prevention services to help homeowners who may be facing foreclosure. Homeowners work with counselors to get information, referral, and support through services such as:
- Early intervention
- Budget counseling
- Answers to foreclosure questions
- Information on refinancing and escrow accounts
- Pre-foreclosure sale information
As a last resort, financial assistance may be given to qualifying homeowners in the form of an interest-free loan.
