Homebuyer education
Community Action for Suburban Hennepin (CASH) offers home buyer education through a series of four classes which focus on the home-buying process. Subjects covered in the classes include:
- How much house you can afford
- Barriers to homeownership and overcoming them
- How to find the right home
- Problems (such as plumbing, heating, electrical, etc.) that may occur and how to identify them
