This man is clutching his ears to keep out excessive noise.The city of Minnetonka’s noise ordinance prohibits loud noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Exceptions to the ordinance are normal traffic and railroad noise, snow removal (within 12 hours of a snowfall) and emergencies. Call 952.939.8200 to file a complaint about excessive noise or any other environmental hazard.
